Your 5 Superpowers

Non-Fiction ~ The reality is, we all have a finite time on this planet, and we don’t get to choose our expiration date. We are living in an era where we take our gift of life for granted. We are addicted to distraction and escapism. For some of us, it’s food, alcohol, drugs, spending, and for others of us, it’s succumbing to living as zombies with countless hours of screen time. My intention is to connect with you through the pages of this book, and pull you into your own innate world of inspiration to make a positive impact on your own life and on the world: Your 5 Superpowers.

Run For Your Mind, Write For Your Life: A Daily Journal

Run For Your Mind, Write For Your Life: A Daily Journal

I prepared this journal with the intention of sharing with you two of my favorite forms of self-care: running and writing. Both of these play a major role in managing mood, having clarity of thought and making healthier choices throughout the day.

Jordan Goes to the Doctor!

This is a timeless love story. It occurred to me while writing this book, that so many stories I’ve read or seen on the screen are about young people in love. I’ve learned so much from Marge and Orel and how rarely I see love stories written about people their age. This story is living proof that being in love is timeless and contagious. Look around, particularly at the people who are older. Pay attention, get curious, give them a smile, offer them a hand, and ask them about their lives and about whom they love or have loved. Let them inspire you.
