My Professional Background and Experience:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I see clients in my private practice in California, and virtually in Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Oregon, and Tennessee. My primary work in therapy nowadays is with individuals and couples to improve their mental and emotional well-being. I also write and self-publish books on amazon.com, and record meditations on the Insight Timer app when I'm inspired by my work, or my own life or out in the world.
